June 1, 2015 Hours spent building to date: 1,072
Summer activities, jobs at the Connecticut River Museum, and the cold that won’t go away limited shop time to only 12 hours last week, a record low. And there were two days spent cooking a multi-course Austro-Hungarian dinner for friends and neighbors. Maybe this should count as boat time, since I’m not much of a baker, but do attribute a truly awesome Sacher Torte to practice with every kind of epoxy and paint mixture imaginable this past year.
I did manage to finish all the berth-area bonding. It looks rough, but Mark’s tape-on-tape method produces pretty smooth tabbing that should paint up fine.
